Allergic to hot milk?

I am hoping someone can help me, after giving up tea and coffee a few years ago I recently started drinking coffee again. I have noticed that every time I drink a latte i get a seriously bad stomach ache that can last from 8-20 hours. The pattern I have detected seems to be that if I have a black coffee and add milk then I seem to be fine, it is only when I have lattes, could this be something to do with the milk being warmed/boiled before it is poured in to the coffee, or perhaps it is just because there is more milk in a latte than when I add it to a black coffee (although i do make it very milky). At first I thought it might be a simple milk allergy but the fact that I don't get ill when i have milk on my cerial or when I add it cold in to a coffee or in other dairy food, I just don't know, it is just every time I drink a latte.
Can anyone give me any ideas on why this is happening

Usually it's the opposite in that once you boil "out" the protein things get better...

Not really knowing I'd guess it's more milk conten  ... assuming the container you are using is clear of any other food/substance you may be allergic to.

Are you using the same coffee?

Have you been checked for an ulcer?  Sometimes these lattes and whatever the other ones are called can aggravate dormant ulcers and cause the symptoms you are having.  You might want to see a doctor to be checked for ulcers and allergies.

Thanks so much, I hadn't even thought of an ulcer, I think I will make an appointment with my doctor and see if they can get to the bottom of it.
