Soy Lecithin Allergy?

I took soy lecithin in the past and din't feel much. Recently I took it again and once i noted I felt a bit of a euphoria. Another couple of times after, I felt kind of hypomanic. SSRI's like Paxcil and Zoloft and also flax oil have done this to me as well. I've looked up soy lecithin and can't find any symptoms such as this. Is this an allergy? If I cut back on the dose of one tablespoon a day to half a tablespoon would that be better? Thanks.

It does not sound like an allergy to me, I am allergic to it, and when I eat it I get horrible stomach aches, and when I use hormonal creams with it in it, I get anxiety attacks.

I would ask a health food worker or a doctor that specializes in natural food and medicine.

Hello,

The symptoms you describe are not food allergy symptoms.  Here is a link to the symptoms

You should discus this with your doctor or pharmacist.  the supplement could be reacting with another medication you are on.

God bless.
