Why do I face nocturnal emission whenever I eat food containing Tamarind?

Tamarind is acidic like lemon but its endproduct is said to be alkaline. Why does this harmless food cause wastage of my precious semen every time I eat it? It happens every time.

It is a food allergy/sensitivity and they effects people in different ways, for you, it is this problem. I would see an allergist and have a food allergy panel run.

It's unlikely to be due to food allergy, it could be a coincidence. However, maintain a food dairy and note down and monitor your symptoms, this may help to see if it repeatedly occurs with the consumption of the same food.
