trying to contact pgong about twitch eyes and bad focus.
I had the same thing you did, I got off milk and dairy. Its gone. The dizziness confusion, bad focus, feeling crossed when looking at people. I had it for long time, but I am free now. I love to give the glory to God, for without him I would have nothing and no health. So start with Jeus, then try the dairy free diet. My tests were negative for dairy allergy.
The symptoms could be due to an allergic reaction. Try to avoid all the known allergens. It may help to maintain a food dairy and keep monitoring your symptoms. This will help to narrow the search and avoid them. However, if the tests were negative for dairy products, you are unlikely to be allergic to them. Regards.
