Could be caseine used as a preservative ? May want to look @ the ingredients...sodium caseinate I believe is the preservative but not 100% sure or if it's even in the beef you are eating .... however, I doubt raw beef has this in it.
Try eating organic beef. They sell it at the Whole Foods Market. You might be allergic to the antibotics or the hormones that are in regular beef. Or, better yet, while at the Whole Foods Market, buy Bison. We eat it instead of beef. It tastes exactly the same and is better for you. Ask them about preparing it. It cooks in a little less time than beef.
