google: aflatoxin, spelled as such...

they are a toxin produced by aspergillis flavus mold, named after them. one of the most toxic chemicals known to humans.

high levels in ordinary foods, mostly peanuts, corn, nuts and grains

possibly the hidden culprit behind most food allergies. needs more comprehensive research.

i beleive my gluten allergy may have been caused by regular aflatoxin exposure from a diet calorically based off of peanut and wheat

very very dangerous, avoid culprit foods. there are very few if any things consumed regularly that are so toxic!!
