Alcohol and headaches

Hi, new here to this community. Mark46 made a post over on the Headache/Migraine community asking for some help with what seemed to be an influx of questions about alcohol and headaches. I've had migraines all my life, and am WELL versed in food allergies/sensitivities that cause headaches, migraines, or both. Alcohol is a huge trigger.

I'm opening this thread for any questions about alcohol and any heaches that might be related. I'll answer them to the best of my abiity, or share your question with my networks, and get back to you with an answer.
