Hi, ofloxacin belongs to quinolones group of antibiotics. Allergic and skin reactions can occurred in 0.4 to 2.2 percent of patients. The commonest allergic reaction would be rash formations. The type or features of rash has not been reported.

Phototoxicity reactions also occur in some patients after exposure to UVA (320 to 400 nm) light. Drug fever, urticaria, angioedema, vasculitis, serum sickness-like syndromes, and anaphylactoid reactions have been uncommon.

Acute interstitial nephritis can also be allergic in origin can occur rarely and has been associated with eosinophiluria but generally not crystalluria. I hope this information helps you. Take care and regards.
