Allergic Reaction

My son was really congested and had allergy syptoms (symptoms). I gave him a clariton pill and shortly after he broke out in some sort of reaction. Mini welts on his stomach, neck, arms. They are itchy. Is this a possible allergic reaction to the Clariton?

Sounds like an allergic reaction to me. Better call his dr.
