Allergic to sun??

Okay let me get more specific...if i wear my hair up in a pony tail...my ears are exposed therefore...if its sunny out my ears turn red ,itchy and hot to the touch and swollen....painful! and if i wear shorts....my legs will become itchy then start turning red and then i get red spots and swells....if i wear sandals my feet will get itchy..red and swollen...WHATEVER IS EXPOSED IT DOES THE SAME....PLEASE HELPPPPPPPP......a doctor told me to take benadryl every morning and night....THAT CANT BE GOOD????? HELPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPP

This appears to be a phenomenon called Solar Urticaria. However, an allergy specialist would be to give you a clear diagnosis.

In the meantime you may try restricted your day time exposure to sun, using a sun block and some OTC anti-allergics for your condition.
