Allergies, head fog, and serious right eye pain

im not sure what been going on, but a little over a year ago i was just driving when all of a sudden i had a strange head fog. this head fog has been ongoing ever since. i went to my doctor and after alot of tests he wasn't sure what was wrong, and that im probably the healthiest person he's ever examined. So the doctor said it was all in my head and to relax. Well the problems only seemed to grow worse over time, and my mother brought to my attention that i've always had sinus, and allegry problems as a child. We made an appointment with two diferent ent's and both had a different answer. The first ent i went too said that i had a deviated septom and ordered me a ct scan. When the can came back they said that my right sinus cavity was completley blocked off due too my septum, and that i was only retaining a 6% oxygen flow to the brain. he was supprised i was still standing. The other ent said that the first doctor had way over reacted and that my septum was not half as bad as the ent before had described. So once again i thought i was just being over-anxious. The symptoms still havn't decreased and it seems during certain times of the year they worsen. At the moment these are my symptoms....constant head fog (almost like im out of body, or not all there) throughout the entire day, post nasal drip down the back of my throat (but rarley anything acctually comes out of my noustrills), ringing in both ears but worse on my right side, serious sharp pain behind right eye ( it feels as though someone is grabbing the retina behing my eye and is pinching it, or like a stabbing pain directley behind the eye),  i wake up in the middle of the night alot with sweats and chills, dizzeness, some times sick to the stomach, alot of head pressure, i see black spots sometimes, ive had feelings sometimes where it just feels like im about to black out and usually pain behind my right eye is involved during this. I've had numerous tests run on me from head to toe. All blood tests come back fine, ive had 4-5 ct scans of my head within the past year, and 2 of my lower body, i recently obtained glasses and had an eye exam, as well as hearing tests. Im just not sure what to do here, does this sound like something sinus related or something nyone has ever experienced?
