Allergies or Digestive?: eye/neck rash, dark circles, runny nose

Hi-
  I've been having symptoms like these for months and haven't had much luck with doctors so far that I have seen- anallergist and my primary care physician.  I'm pretty tired of the symptoms and I have a hunch that they're related -but no one has connected the dots yet.  I'd like to get to the bottom of this and wonder if this is allergies or might be digestive related as well.  Can anyone lend some advice?

Here's my symptoms. .
1.) I have a small bumpy red rash in the outer corners of my eyelids (my lower eyelids)  accompanied with sore eyes.  When the rash gets bad it also affects the upper bridge of my nose (by my eyebrows) and also itches, my whole upper lids swelling.  Also I have noticed much darker circles under my eyes the past several months.  I have been using cooritsone cream which it responds to, but always comes back a day after not using it.

2.) I've also noticed that the skin under my eyes looks more aged, puffy, with much darker circles than before.  This is true for the whole day.  Since this problem I have also noticed allot more fine lines (skin aging) around the outer corners of my eyes.   Also, I notice that my complection looks paler in general - my husband acknowledges this too - I'm starting to look more 'sick-like' all the time, even when I feel fine.

   I am an active 28 year old with a very good diet - I'm wondering why my eyes look like I'm 50.

2.) I have nasal congestion with runny nose- this has gone on for a long time - at least a year or two- getting better then worse.  My allergist says that I am allergic to dust mites, but I have done everything that I'm supposed to in my house and it's getting worse.  When this gets bad, I get pressure in my ears and headaches sometimes.

3.) One more thing- I also get an acne like rash on my neck that has been around for 1 year.  I thought it was acne and have had no luck clearing it up.  One day last week, I tried cortisone on it last week and it was gone in one day!  It comes back also when I stop using it.

4.) Sometimes I get a red blotchy (non-raised) rash on my neck (atop where the acne like rash is) and on my chest.  It comes and goes and gets hot.  I have no idea why.  This has happened for years- I notice that it always happens with alcohol and when I am nervous as well.

All of these things together are disheartening as I just want to be healthy and enjoy my youth as a young woman.

Through my research and experience I am wondering if this is a digestive issue that has turned into an allergenic issue.  Any thoughts if this is a food allergy, environmental, or other digestive issue (candida etc)?  I have tried food diets to figure out what is going on to identify what I might be allergic to, but with no avail.
