is it normal for my exhale breath to stop after a second?  that's what I suffer from and I stop breathing in my sleep and have 75% O2.
I started allergy shots and take all the meds but still get headaches from central apneas.  what should I do?  I heard that warm or humid places can help asthma?

I've tried bronchodilators like dulera/advair, prednisone even but only prednisone seems to help my sleep.  I started allergy shots, is this going to help my sleep breathing problems?
I find that I need to be on oxygen during sleep to feel somewhat ok the next day but still I wake up with headaches it seems from low oxygen

Hello and hope you are doing well.

Ragweed allergy is usually due to the pollen produced by the plant. This can cause allergic rhinitis and in some people Asthma. Symptoms of Asthma can get pronounced at night and cause cough, chest tightness and breathlessness, which can disturb sleep. Therapy is with bronchodilators which cause the airways to dilate. Have yourself evaluated for the same. This can be detected by a spirometry test. Also, allergic testing would be worth looking into.

Hope this helped and do keep us posted.
