Allergy breakout ??

I'm 26 and have not had more than two or three pimples since i was  a teenager. I just started taking omega 3 fish oil 1 week ago and yesterday I woke up and my entire chin is broken out in pimples. They are not pustuals or puss filled. There were two that had oil in them but the rest are just under my skin and tiny. I've never seen anything like it and the fish oil is the only thing that's different in my diet. I'm not aware of any food allergies either.. It's been 1 week since my period ended to. HELP Why this sudden onset of pimples?

Hello,
It can be due to allergic reaction to the fish oil or due to clogged pores and irritated hair follicles due to hormonal effects after periods. Take some antihistaminic like Benadryl or Claritin. You can also apply calamine lotion on the rash. It will help in soothing the skin. A mild corticosteroid cream like dermacort will also help.
If the symptoms persist then please get an evaluation done form a dermatologist.
