Allergy to Advil gel caps

Hi I am 44 years old and have taken advil for Cramps for about 2 years with great success.
Last monday i had an allergic reation, My throat swelled up and I have been taking steriods for 5 days.
I have a bad headace today and don't know what to take, as i would usually take Advil

Please help

Hi,

Advil or ibuprofen is usually used for pain relief. However, if you experience allergic reactions to this, you could also take other analgesics such as paracetamol as well as cold compress which can provide relief. Were there other signs or symptom present? It would also help if you have your headache and cramps evaluated by your doctor.
