Welcome to the forum!
There is no known allergy to Vitamin B. The allergy one develops to a Vitamin B preparation is due to some other ingredient in it like a base, a coloring agent etc. Water soluble vitamins - such as those of B group vitamins and vitamin C – are not stored by the body to any great extent. The excess of these is simply excreted by the kidney. So in kidney impairment you may have Vit B overdose if you are taking supplements. However this would also cause other kidney related symptoms like excess or no urine, facial puffiness, blood in urine etc.
To know what exactly is causing the allergy, you would need to take an allergy test. Then you can simply avoid the pills that contain that ingredient. Please discuss this with your doctor.
Hope this helps. Please let me know if there is any thing else and do keep me posted. Take care!
