Any good peanut allergy remedies?

Is there anything that could fix a peanut allergy?  Any medicine?  Since I've been a kid, I've broken out into hives when I'm around peanuts and it really is annoying.

Peanut allergy is the most common and dangerous of food allergy. Peanut allergy can cause a severe reaction called anaphylactic shock in which the allergic person has such trouble breathing that they can die.

Avoidance of peanuts in any form,even hidden ingredients is the only preventive treatment.You should also always carry an epipen and wear an allergy bracelet mentioning that you are allergic to peanuts.Other than this no preventive treatment is there.Even allergy shots are not helpful in food allergies.
