Anybody else get dizzy?

My ear nose throat dr says that I have nasal congestion due to allergies. Nothng has helped me- nasal steroids, claritin, ect. I sneeze often throughout the day but the morning is the worse. My ears click when I swallow. I also sometimes feel off balance and unsteady on my feet. Does anybdy else feel like this?

      Imbalance, unsteadiness and vertigo could happen due to ear infections, allergies, stroke etc. In addition to nasal congestion you might also be having inflammation of the inner ear or vestibulo-cochlear nerve which is quiet common and this results in labrynthitis or vestibular neuritis causing these symptoms.
I would recommend that you discuss with your ENT specialist regarding the above mentioned possibilities and follow his advise. Best.
