Auto immune desease

I have tested positve for P ANCA, which I'm being told might be wegeners Syndrome, does anyone know of any other auto immune desease or anything else that cause P anca pos results, not sure of volumne yet still waiting for that result.

Hi,

Wegener's is considered a vasculitis, and many vasculitic diseases are ANCA positive. You can look up the different vasculitic diseases and symptoms on the websites at hospitals that treat them. The Cleveland Clinic and John's Hopkins both have good websites about the vasculitic diseases. My daughter has one of these diseases, so aside from the vasculitis I am not aware of other disease that have positive ANCA, but I am sure things like Lupus could have a positive ANCA, or many of the autoimmune diseases, as they can all lead to vasculitis. By the way vasculitis is inflammation of the blood vessels.Hope that helps.
