Bad Allergy - now sinus infection for 4 weeks - Please help!

I have allergies to a variety of things, all diagnosed a few years ago. (dust mites, pollen, fragrances etc) I saw a specialist etc and got advice & generally keep my allergies under control as best as possible. The problem is when im at work Its difficult to avoid scents etc and recently ive had a couple of bad flare ups. Ive had a sinus infection now for 4 weeks, 2 lots of antibiotics, 1 lot of steroids and tried to go back to work and ended up off again this week. Its affecting me so much and am having to take strong painkillers to manage the pain, which make me feel a bit weird when at work. Ive tried hot compresses, inhaling steam, hot showers, saline rinse, increasing my anti-histimines. Nothing shifts it, it eases a bit, then gets worse again when im at work and becomes unbearable at times. My work are getting fed up of me taking time off and im really fed up of being ill. It all started following a bad allergy flare up at work due to paint fumes in the office and ive been bad since.  Im currently on doxycline 200mg a day for it. Is there anything else that may be better placed to get rid of it?  I really am desperate as im having to take more time away from work.

Any help gratefully appreciated
