Hi,
How are you? Continue your antihistamine medication and nasal spray. The best management of allergies is to avoid the trigger or allergen responsible for your symptoms. Were you able to have an allergy testing done? This will help in determination of the triggers. Allergy testing includes skin tests ( scratch/ ***** test or patch test), elimination-type tests and blood tests. I hope this helps. Take care and do keep us posted.
