Bee pollen allergy?

I bought a very berry drink at booster juice today, I had gotten the same thing before, but with a differant booster. This time I had it with the energy booster. It includes ginseng and bee pollen. I assumed that I was not allergic because odds are I am not. When I was about 3/4 through my drink I started to feel this irritating sand like feeling at the bottum of my throat. I assumed I didnt swallow properly and I tried to wash it out, but it kept on getting more irritating until I coughed. I still have that feeling a couple hours after, although it has lessened.

Are you allergic to any specific substances? Have you had allergic reactions in the past?
