Bleeding sinus won't stop

3 days ago I did cocaine with a friend who had some. I have done it in small amounts over the years, occasionally, when I have been somewhere that it was offered. The other night I did more than ever before.
I was never a regular, or heavy user, and hadn't used it in years, or ever as much as I did the other night. Now my right sinus (not my nose) has been bleeding on and off for 2-3 days. Last night I used some saline nasal spray. Is there anything else I can do that might soothe and help stop it once and for all? It's not a lot, but when I blow my nose it is coming out either pink, or if I blow too hard, I think I am blowing scabs off and making it bleed more. I have sinus polyps and suffer from chronic sinus problems.
I have sinus polyps, and suffer from chronic sinus problems. I am already under the treatment of an allergist and less frequently, an ENT specialist for my polyps. I would like to stop the bleeding without going to the Dr. Any recommendations? I am concerned.
