Bodyache/weakness/sinuses

Hello,

I'm 46 years old the last 3 years I had a familiar Mediterenean Fever for almost one year taking Prednisone and Mediterenean Animia. Lately I'm facing a Sinus Congestions, Headache and mucus sometimes dark or has a dry blood. I'm taking Alegra and for my nose Nisunex.

I have a high blood pressure and I'm taking daily one tablet of Lisinopril 5MG.

Please I need your help I have beem facing a weakness, mucsleache, joint ache and laking of energy and depression.

Will you advise me what to do please I'll be appreciated.

Dear Mario1,

I suggest an immediate evaluation by your primary care physician or a rheumatologist.  Your illness is complicated.  Given that you are immunosuppressive medication, like prednisone, which predisposes the body to infections, even though it is important in keeping your disease under control, you need to be evaluated as soon as possible.
