Breathing Problems

Hi, I started having breathing problems when laying down on my side. My left nostril has air pressure that makes it feel stuffed up even though it isnt. The only way to get rid of it is if i cover my right nostril and blow out a bit hard then just lay straight with my head up. Is this sinutis? It happens everytime I lay on my side.
