Right now they are still there but the color is gone and it isn't raised anymore but they are painfully dry and it hurts to open my mouth normally. What I mean is they're still there but less noticably and hurts more

How are you? What other symptoms are present? At this point, try not to put anything that may cause further irritation. This could indeed be due to allergy, irritation or skin issues such as dermatitis. If this is due to perioral dermatitis which may present with burning feeling around the mouth or bumps around the mouth that may be filled with fluid or pus, treatment is with prescription medications. For proper diagnosis, it is best that you have this checked by your doctor for proper evaluation. Direct clinical examination is important. Take care and do keep us posted.
