Burning Sensation in Nose
Each time I get a sinus infection or severe cold, when I can finally breathe through my nose again, it burns when I inhale.  What causes this and what can I do to treat it?  It is somewhat pain and very annoying.

Hi,

You should not blow your nose too hard. Take steam inhalation for 3-4 times saily and use saline nasal drops several times a day.

This should help with your symptoms. Also try to drink luke warm fluids. Drink plenty of water. You could apply some vaseline jelly and see if that helps.

If your symptoms still persist consult your doctor or ENT specialist.

Hope this helps.

Regards.
