Hi there,
Like I told you that heat in our body is not generated based on the materials that we come in contact with (chairs, cushions, seat etc). Our basal metabolic rate governs this. BMR is dependant on several factors like the constitution of our body and the effect of hormones etc.
Please do not think that factors like cushions, seats, or chairs have any effect on our body temperature.
Please see your family physician if you have symptoms. If you have any further queries do get in touch with me.

Hello Sir, You are absolutely right about the body heat. The cushions and foams does make body gets heated up. it is simple science cushion and foams does not allow any air to pass through the sitting position. It is like memory foam completely locks the surface area of your back, air do not go in and cushion and foam do not dissipate heat it retains them, so there is no wonder your body gets hot. But you are wrong about the metal. When you sit in metal, it should not get your body hot. Because the metal transfers the heat from your body to ground.and does not tightly pack your back surface like foam. And in case of plastic if it has holes in the bottom it should not get you heated up. But cant be compared with metal or wood. Metal are best next comes wood, then plastics. wool, cushions,  foams are the worst, they get you heated up. these is used in cold countries for maintaining body temperature warm. if you live in weather condition above 26 C. Never sleep or sit in cushion or sit. Analyse it and try replying me.

Hi Sam,
Body heat is usually controlled by the basal metabolic rate (BMR) and it not governed by external factors like what you mentioned.
Your query is kind of not specific. Do you have any specific symptoms that I need to know? If there is please feel free to get in touch with me.
If you have any further queries do get in touch with me.
