There could be an allergic reaction to cedar wood fragrance if you have documented allergies to them. You could also be allergic to some other unknown substance.
You should try some steam inhalation, saline nasal drops, oral antihistamine medications and see if it helps with your symptoms.
If your symptoms still persist, consult an allergy specialist about whether a course of steroid medications would help in your case
