Desperate for answers

I am a 41 year old woman. Was healthy and active until September of this year. I have had many surgeries on my feet, screws etc. starting in my teens. Feb. of 2011 I had a full ankle fusion. Was what I consider almost recovered from the fusion. I started having pains in the joints of left knee; same side of fusion. With in two weeks I was in intense pain all joints both sides. I am constantly vomiting and nauseated. Exhaustion beyond anything I have ever experienced and now suffering from high blood pressure and being treated ( I believe pain related). Fever since Aug. 99.1 - 99.9. I have had two emergency visits, orthopedic, rheumatoid, auto immune, mri, cat scan and tons of blood work done. I did have a slightly elevated RF and elevated white cells and was told not to worry. They say I am a healthy 41 yr old woman. Long story short, I am  very sick and  exhausted. I think it is the screws. They have all said not possible. I am going to pursue this and have my blood tested for metal on my own.

Hello and hope you are doing well.

Certain infections like tuberculosis can cause low grade temperature, an evening rise of temperature and increased sweating. This also causes a loss of appetite; as such this is accompanied by weight loss. So, record her temperatures, on a two hourly basis to detect an evening rise of temperature.  Please check with your doctor to rule out this condition.

Hope this helped and do keep us posted.
