Dizzy, light headed, stuffy nose, head pressure & ringing in ears??

The past two days I've had a constant ringing in both ears, head pressure and have been dizzy and light headed with a stuffy & runny nose.  I live in Oklahoma and allergies are HORRIBLE here but these symptoms just came on.  

I also have had a problem with depression/anxiety and read a post where certain allergy meds and increase both.  Can anyone tell me which allergy med worsens depression the most?  Due to where I live I am constantly taking generic Claritin year round.  I had allergy tests done 2 years ago and the doctor told me that I was "allergic to Oklahoma."

the best person to talk to is your local pharmacist. although doctors prescribe drugs pharmacists know better than doctors how those medicines interact with your body and other medicines.

Doctor told me same thing but I am allergic to Tennessee lol
