Does a raised Ige level mean HIV?

I've read you can have a raised IgE level if you have HIV. Does that mean if mine is raised I could have HIV?!? I did test negative for HIV 3 years ago (no such exposure, more to do with anxiety) but recently my doctor ordered an IgE test for me because I have celiac disease and the levels came back high and now I'm scared it could be because I might have got HIV (even though I didn't do anything to get it)
