Don't Know Were To Trun

Well i realy don't know were to start at..but this is for my morther in law..she is 60 something.Use to be a bad alcoholic and take never meds i think it was Vailum. and she has stop the drinking now for going on 6years very proud of her..but the older she get's the more stuff happens to her..well she dose have stens in her heart and legs.high clorlesrol and high blood pressurse.and she stay's in the house all the time never go's out at all unless she has to go to the doc's and that is something in it's self ..but anyways.they did say back 6years ago that she did have some form of liver disease but i don't think she got jondise at all ..but this new thing 6years later..with her skin she for the last mo has icthed her self bad..and she has sores it's like all over but most of it is on her rigth side of ther body..she lay's on her left side so i don't know why that could be a porb..but like i said we have been to two doc's see at first she thought she was seeing bug's come out of the sores but scabies you can't see them only under a microsope..but the doc put her on some melamit stuff..and that didn't work..then she seen a new doc and he said it was her nevers and put her on visaril and starods.and a sulfer drug.that was working like for two days..but know sores keep comeing out..well then we finley got the dermatology appointment and she went to that doc and she said it was her skin was realy realy dry and just mybe she has allergiey to something in her house.so wer takeing everything out that is franginte  and dyes changeing everything. ok there is a lil about her..but realy my ? is were she was a alcohoic could this be somthing that we need to check into witht he liver .can you get sores form your liver and not be johndise wth the yellowing of the skin..and just be ichtey and have sores i just don't know but worried please help
