What you're suffering from is mostly related to the bad air quality in your home. Your system is more sensitive than most, or its simply that your air is full of a higher number of particles than the average home. This said, I would suggest looking into a good whole house air filter.

The best that I've found are the Polarized Media Filters, specifically the Electrobreeze brand, which is a better price for what they do. They work like a magnate for particles in the air, so the dust that you are normally breathing in will be taken out of your air and be in the filter instead of your lungs. I've seen this work with a friend of mine, she had a problem breathing indoors, and after she got this was fine.

This should significantly help you out when you're at home, the website to find out more about it is www.airlifeone.com. They have the best prices that I've found on the internet so far, and I've never had a problem with their HR.

I hope that this helps.

The one main concern I have is that allergies shouldn't produce a fever. You might have a latent sinus infection and need antibiotics - especially with the presence of a fever!!  Your throat burning could be your sinuses draining into your throat...please see a physician as even a home air filter will take allergan particles out of the room/home but, cannot rid you of a fever

Deeds made a good point that I did not consider before, and now that he's mentioned it I would completely agree with this step. Improved air quality might help your body to cope better with perhaps the symptoms of a fever, but only medication will actually relieve the fever.

Thank you for making that point.
