Your symptoms are suggestive of temporomandibular joint disorder. TMJ pain disorders usually occur because of unbalanced activity, spasm, or overuse of the jaw muscles.Symptoms of temporomandibular joint disorder include headache, ear pain, dizziness, fullness in ears, grinding sounds on clenching the jaw and ringing in the ears.Diagnosed by x-rays or CT of the joint.Treatment involves warm compresses and anti inflammatory drugs like ibuprofen or diclofenac. If the symptoms persist then pls get an examination done from an ENT specialist/dentist.
Hope it helps.Take care and pls do keep me posted on how you are doing or if you have any additional queries.Kind regards.
