Eye Allergies Question

Hi, recentlly i've been suffering from allergies when I lay on my bed. I have tried changing sheets,pillows, the bed's place, but nothing seems to work. As soon as i lay on the bed my eyes start itching and it is causing a lot of problems with my contacts. Anyboody has any ideas?

Hi,
     Eye allergies at bed time could be related to environment in the room and bed linen or due to dryness of eyes either due to use of contacts or due to climate. Inspite of clean bed linen dust mites may still be present and to get rid of these use of dehumidifiers in the room is a must. Also reading while going to bed causes strain on eyes leading to allergic reactions. Prolonged use of contacts is also not recommended as this causes dryness in the eye as well as is a source of infection in the eye. Hope this helps. Best.
