Eye rash allegry

Ok so i had this  bump that appeared over my  right eye a few years ago, it was really itchy and it started after me and my family moved into a new apartment , i would scratch the rash and  somehow it spread to my other eye, its like on the corner outside of my eye and its over my eye lid and under my eye, it itches alot and  bc ive scratched it rawly, my dermatiologist said its cause my skin to peel and its kind of discolored, im an african american woman and im fairly tan skinned the discoloration is dark and makes it look as if ive been punched.  i had a allergy test done and all that came up was mold does anyone have an idea what this could be?  because nothing ive tried makes it go away, ive tried rash cream, zertec helps the itchy soothen a bit. but it doesnt take it away permantly.

Understand your anxiety. As there is itchiness and watering the eye symptoms as indicated can be due to an allergen.  Common allergens include pollen, mold, dust and pet dander. Repeated attacks can cause blepharitis and dermatitis, which can be relieved by lid hygiene. It includes softening the lid margins, removal of lid margin debris, applying an ophthalmic antibiotic ointment and avoiding the use of eye makeup. Application of hot compress could further facilitate recovery. This needs to be practiced long term for relief from repeated attacks of blepharitis. Besides avoiding the allergen which causes theses symptoms could further prevent attacks.
