Eyelid swelling & pain

I occasionally get a small bump on my eyelid (not a zit, sty or anything else I have ever read about), it is very painful (usually feels VERY hot) and feels like there is a lot of pressure until I feel it requires a release from the pressure and if I squeeze it only clear fluid comes out and then it will bleed quite a bit. Then my entire side of my face, ear and sometimes that side of my neck will sting like as if I was stung by a bee and gets very hot.  My eyelid (by the next morning) is almost swollen shut.  I have wondered if this is a spider bite but the actual dot on my eyelid stays very small & isnt red at the actual site.  My eyelid ends up very red and hot. I took an OTC allergy tablet & it seemed to help just a little bit.  No itching just very hot and painful.  This was two days ago, my eyelid is still swollen  and right side of my face is still in pain (not numb or drooping).  This has happened to me several times and it will go away in about three days.  Any ideas? I'm in the process of changing doctors. Im almost 46 years and have never been unhappy with a doctor until my most recent one.  He is rude, always late (I usually am the 1st appt), a bit loopy and adds a charge any time you ask a quick question.
