Facial Rash

Hello,

I was wondering if anyone here could help me. I'm 23 years old white female. I live in VA if that helps. I've had Eczema my whole life, but it was been confined to my arms and legs. In 2008 I moved into a rental house, started Birth Control, and broke up with my boyfriend of 5 years. A rash started on the sides of my face and I went to my General Doct. He gave me a Prednisone Taper. The day the Taper ended a round bright red rash showed on on my left cheek. It burned and flaked. They put me on antibiotics and another Taper to get rid of it. Once I was off the 2nd Taper, it had moved to my other cheek.

So for about a year I went back and forth to numerous derms. who told me it was just Eczema and gave me steroid after steroid to put on my face.(I'm uncomfortable with this, and it makes the rash go away, but it comes right back after I discontinue using it) I was prob. on Antibiotics every other moth for a year. Steroid Tapers about 5 times in one year. Nothing is helping, it always comes back.

My most recent Derm. gave me a Kenalog shot without telling me anything about it. It made everything go away, but after 6 weeks it all came back. Not to mention I thought I was dieing when I had my period last a month and noticed a small indent on the injection site.( I had to look up the side effects) I just went back to this Derm yesterday and asked him to test for Fungal infection, or Yeast, or to check if it was possibly Sebhorreic Derm. He told me he wasn't going to and that it's just Eczema. I explained to him I would rather have all the options weighed out and to check everything while I'm here because I cannot afford to keep coming back($40 a visit and $$ for RX's) he then said "what? do you expect it to be free? You have Atopic Dermatitis is all" I told him he was being rude and he said I can find another Derm. and he'll refund me my $40. (I was in TEARS at his office, that has never happened with anyone before)

Anyway...to wrap this up. I don't want anymore Steroids thrown at me to use on my face. They work, then stop after I stop using them, which means I would have to use them forever. Elidel is OK, but stops working after about 3 months. I never scratch the rash on my face, it turned red whenever it wants. When the rash breaks out it's small red bumps clustered together. Some are white, but do not pop.  When the small clusters break a sort of dark yellow crust appears. They also break open while I smile, and they burn. (I have been told by 4 diff. derms. it is NOT Rosacea)

I just don't understand why this won't get in control after 2 years of trying. At the same time this facial rash showed up a rash on my groin and nipples started.(no I don't have STD's and I have a monogomous 3 year relationship) I'm afraid it might be a yeast infection of sorts, but he refused to check. I'm including pics here, and I really hope someone can give me a new look on this. Thank you in advanced.

Background: No pets, free detergent and fabric sheet, no long showers, no fragrance in lotion(Cerave), allergy cases on pillows, was sheets in hot water every week.
