Feeling depressed about Allergies

I am so glad I found this website as I have been told by doctors, that my fatique, inability to think, confusion, achiness, coughing and sneezing for hours on end was all in my mind. A psychiatrist had me on Prozac and when I continually told him that I wasn;t depressed I was ill, he told me theat my depression was causing my illness. I am see an allergist and I get from him is try some flonase and an inhaler. I am very confused as to why I feel so lousy and very few people can relate as they think you are a hypochondriac

What is your age? Since when are you having the symptoms? Has a hest xray, lung function test and CT of your sInuses been done?

Have you had allergic reactions in the past? Are you allergic to any specific substances?

What other symptoms are you having?

Have you tried steam inhalation, saline nasal drops and warm saline gargles? Does it help withyour symptoms?
