Fish alergy

I am allergic to fish. It has not been confirmed by testing but I have noticed rush in my mouth and throat several times during eating fish. My question is if there is any danger to my health, when I am allergic to fish, if I get sting by jellyfish ?

I do not eat fish.. Because I usually vomit after eating it. I have been taking omega 3 oil in a supplement called perfectil plus skin ... I woke up with redness on my cheeks and itchy throat ? Is this allergy to fish oil or something else please help me!!

Hi
Thanks for writing to the forum!
Jelly fish though called a fish is not a fish. Hence allergy to fish will not make you allergic to jellyfish sting. However you could be very allergic to jellyfish as reaction to a jellyfish sting varies from person to person.
Hope this helps. Please let me know if there is any thing else and do keep me posted. Take care!
