Food sensitivity

I recently got tested for food allergies. I found I rated a low (mostly 1s) to wheat, rice and corn. So my question is what can I eat without spending tons of money. Also doing research I found with a wheat allergy corn can sometimes pop up as a false negative and cutting out wheat can cancel it out. Any thoughts or suggestions?
