A cold tingly and shivery fealing, sometimes goes down my back too but mostly on my foreheadForehead lift Forehead lift - series. Not unpleasant, in faceFace pain quite nice sometimes. Has to be a small chunk to work, a thin slice is not normally enough.

Hi,
Foods containing tyramine (red wine, aged cheese, smoked fish, chicken livers, figs, and some beans), monosodium glutamate (MSG), or nitrates (like bacon, hot dogs, and salami) are all known triggers of migraine.
Some types of migraine are associated with warning symptoms which can occur hours before the headHead and face reconstruction Head injury Head lice Indications of head injury Radial head injury ache actually comes on.Tingling and numbness are two of them.
This is the only association I can think of between the cheese intake and tingling on the forehead.Perhaps you are fortunate enough that you don't actually suffer full-blown attacks.
