HORRIBLE INNER EAR PRESSURE/SINUS PAIN/JAW

I am having the most EXCRUCIATING PAIN in my inner right ear. I have been trying to "pop" it, but it hurts BADLY when I try to do so, and makes high pitched noises.  It hurts when I chew, and even if I TOUCH My back molars.  If I massage my right temple, I can feel pain and pressure.  My jaw hurts as well. I have NO IDEA what to do. Please give me advice. Thank you.

Hello AnnieCate7,

You're very welcome. I'm really glad you went to see your dentist and that
you the source of your problem was discovered. I wish you well.  Eve

Thanks SO MUCH evewisewoman! I went to the Dentist and it turns out, I have severe TMJ.  Great thinking!  I got some muscle relaxers and steroids, and am going Monday to have a mouth guard made for when I sleep.  Apparently I grind my teeth a LOT :(

Hello AnnieCate7,

My advice is to seek medical attention. If you know of a walk in clinic,
I would go there immediately. If would make an appointment with your
family doctor immediately. I would tell your doctor's receptionist that
you need to see your doctor immediately. You said it hurts when you
chew and even if you touch your back molars and that your jaw hurts.  Have you been to see a dentist lately by any chance? You also said you have
sinus pain and extreme pain in your inner right ear. Don't wait. This
does sound concerning. I am of the opinion that you need to have urgent
medical attention and the sooner the better. You said you have no idea
what to do. So let me advise you to seek medical attention and the sooner
the better, no to mention the fact that this combined pain must be horrible.
I wish you well.   Eve
