Hay fever? Allergies? Something Else? Frusterated.

Hi.
Im new here, and I have a question.
The past few months I have been experiencing random episodes of fatigue, baggy eyes, sleepy, light head ache / pressure, slight slight nausea, and just an overall icky ill feeling. Its not a bug or virus because im FINE one day and the next i feel horrible. Its been happening since about January and comes and goes every few days, or once or twice a week. IS this seasonal allergies ? I went to the Dr and he did a full health panel blood test and said everything's OK there (Thyroid, Anemia, etc). What can I do? I am a 25 y/o healthy male (Except for anxiety issues/cyberchondriac issues). I Eat good and exercise regularly.

PS I dont know if this is related but sometimes my nose always feels pluggy . And when I eat something, whenever I EXHALE out my nose (only nose, not mouth), I can still taste it. FOr example, I had some pineapples about 1 hr ago and if I blow out my nose hard I can still smell the pineapples! Weird.
Thanks in Advanced

Hello,
All these symptoms can be related to allergies like air borne allergies.I would suggest you to consult an allergist and get allergy tests done for the various air borne allergens.Skin tests are used for this. In this a small amount of allergen is introduced into the skin of the forearm and the reaction of the skin is noted. If there is any redness then that person is allergic to the allergen introduced.

You can also get blood tests like RAST done.

If the allergy tests come out positive then avoidance of the allergens is the best treatment. If negative then sleep disorders have to be probed.

I hope it helps.Take care and pls do keep me posted
