DId you do a long several weel trial of antibiotics. Your blood supply to your sinuses are small and it takes a long time to really treat most recurrent infections. Some times it takes getting IV antibiotics. Have you had repeat sinus CT's showing ongoing infection? If not it could be inflammtion and steroids would help more. Have you tried Flonase, a nasal steroid? Have you tried nasal irrigations. Many with recurrent sinus issues swear by nasal irrigations. Using saline or a solution of saltwater rinse and just squirt it up there 2x daily and blow your nose good, it will clear out all the junk. Many once they start irrigations do not get infections anymore.
