Heat rash or something more?

For the past 3 years I have gotten a rash on my hands that is red and looks like little bumps under the skin. It only happens during the Summer months. The hotter the heat, the worse it gets. It use to be on a finger and lasted a week or two then it was gone. Now it is all over my hands (palm side only) and feet (bottoms only). The itching is unbearable. Benadryl makes the itching go away, but does nothing for the rash. We thought it was Sodium Laurel Sulfate (Sodium Lauriff Sulfate as well) and I have eliminated it from my household. Yet, the rash persists. It gets worse when it is hot and humid. As I live in Florida, there is nothing I can do about that. Is there something worse happening here or is it just a heat thing? Is there anything to make it go away or something to eliviate the itching (I don't want to spend my Summers zombied out on Benadryl).

Hopefully it's just heat rash. I would check this out with your dr. Hand foot and mouth has this type of rash. Rheumatoid arthritis has a rash like this also. Take care and get it checked out
