How bad is it?

I was just tested by Genova Diagnostics and recieved an IgE Food Antibody result list. My "total IgE" was "Inside: 11.9, and Outside:0" The Reference Range ,+87.0 IU/ml. Does this mean that my allergies are very low? I have 87 allergies with them varring from Very Low to High. I'm uncertain though what this inside, outside means? Anything would be helpful! Thanks

That is kind of baffling.  My experience with food allergies is that anything that is not a food challenge is inaccurate.  My experience with blood allergy testing is that it is less acurate than skin pr ick testing.  However, IgE levels show the general allergic reactivity of a person.  Anything below 100 is considered normal, but a level over 34 is significant in a person with moderate to severe asthma and will give the diagnosis of allergic asthma and will qualify them for Xolair.  

I am also not familiar with the inside/outside levels.  I suggest you ask your doctor abou those.
