How do I heal an itchy allergy to green vegetables??

How do I heal this allergy to green vegetables? Every time I eat or drink something green I get itchy and my eyes get puffy. I think it started a couple months ago because I was taking too many herbal supplements, eating green vegetables, and drinking green juices. I'm a healthy person and my main source of foods are vegetables!

How do I heal this? I know I have to build up the good bacteria in my gut but I always balloon up when taking probiotics (but I've tested negative for SIBO.) What can I eat, especially if I'm trying to be healthy and lose weight? Anything creative?

I'm at a loss, please help!

Your immune system suffers when you force yourself to eat what you are allergic too, not from eating things you might not want to. (Just to be clear)

To be honest, an allergy is an allergy. You have to see what you can eat, even if you don't want to eat it per se. It is much more stressful to your body to keep eating things you are allergic to, and your immune system will be worse because of it.
