How to treat this allergy and what its name

During winter, when I exit a cold place and enter a warm place my skin itches me. It usually started in my head then goes down to my legs. It will calm down if I go back to cold weather or after few minutes of suffering of the torture of the itching in the warm weather. The allergy appears also when I am getting embarrassed. generally it comes when the blood is moving faster in my blood vessels IN WINTER ONLY. It completely disappears during summer. What is the name of this allergy and how can I treat it.

I don,t wear wool. My clothes are mostly cotton. And I have a proof that this allergy does not related to clothes. The itching happens when I have a warm bath in winter. The thing that I am sure of is its comes when the blood moves more quickly in my vessels. But is this really an allergy or what and do others suffer from this symptoms, this is what I wish to know.

Random thought:  Do you wear wool?  Wool can be very irritating and itchy if you are somewhere too warm for it (inside with a heater).

I gave up wool when I moved south.  I have one wool sweater now for when it gets very cold here, but that is only once, maybe twice a winter.

Thank you for your comment. I don't think that the problem is the dry skin. Because the itching IMMEDIATELY disappears when I exit the warm place to the cold place. Sometimes when I can not bear the itching I expose myself to air from a fan and the itching will go immediately. The symptoms appear when I enter warm place and will disappear after few minutes of itching torture. It appear also when I eat hot spicy food or onion. Anything that makes me feel warm will lead to the itching. Any other thoughts?

Heating air lowers the relative humidity.  Many people suffer with dry skin itch during the winter from the normally lower humidity.  Compound that with the drier feeling air from a heater...

A good lotion aplied after bathing should help.  Also, not taking too hot of a shower will be helpful.

I hope that helps.
